These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Syntax OPT platform ("the Platform") operated by Syntax AI. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.
By registering for Syntax OPT, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue the use of the Platform immediately. Syntax AI reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, and continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of any changes made.
Syntax OPT is a digital product that provides online access to a suite of tools and services. Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the features and content of Syntax OPT as described on the Platform. As this is a digital service, all sales are final upon completion of registration.
Due to the nature of digital products, Syntax AI enforces a strict no refund policy. Once you have registered for Syntax OPT and access has been granted, no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. By registering, you expressly waive your right to dispute charges or claim refunds.
Upon registration and payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Syntax OPT in accordance with these Terms. This license is strictly for personal use. You may not share your login credentials with others, transfer your account, or allow third parties to access the Platform under your account.
All content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, and code made available through Syntax OPT, remains the intellectual property of Syntax AI. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from Syntax AI. Unauthorized use of any content may result in the termination of your access and may subject you to legal action.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for restricting access to your account. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility. Syntax AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate termination of your account and legal action as deemed appropriate by Syntax AI.
Syntax AI strives to provide continuous access to Syntax OPT but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Syntax AI reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or modify the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice. Syntax AI shall not be liable for any loss of access or data resulting from such actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntax AI will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Syntax OPT. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Syntax OPT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Syntax AI does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
Syntax AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Syntax OPT without notice if you violate any of these Terms. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content associated with it. No refunds will be provided in cases of account termination due to breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
